Wondering if anyone would have information on this cast iron Boston Terrier? My aunt had an extensive Boston collection and I am trying to sort through them. Any help would be great!
    Thanks!

Not a Hubley if that is what you had in mind.

No, I just wondered if anyone had ever seen one like it or knew its origins...

These have been reproduced many times as well and still are. This one looks like an earlier one, maybe 70's??
What are the marks on the backside belly and top of front leg?
    6. mlschutte6 mlschutte6, 10 years ago
I don't see anything in the belly but on the backside of the front leg is a blank plate but when we paper scratch it with a crayon we get #800 (or that is what we think it says) There is an upside down 2 in ear??

Looking at the backside, just above the lowest sag of the belly ( I know a lot about that, lol) it looks to be two letters? about an inch apart.

Wow...you have great eyes lol....we think that it is maybe BJ or JJ can't really tell??
    9. mlschutte6 mlschutte6, 10 years ago
Looks like it could be more than 2 letters..??

      Maybe JW for John Wright?

I have no idea? It looks like a J for sure but the other letter is not legible...Thanks for your help...
