I found this doll, at a local thrift shop about 2 months ago. Something just caught my eye and spark my interest about this doll.
It seems to have "real" air force military patches on the uniform. It has a total of 6 military patches.
On the right arm there is a patch that says Aggressor on top and 26Aggressor on bottom with a Red star in middle of the wording. On the left arm there is what seems to look like a coat of arms symbol? At the bottom of the patch it has wording i cant quite make out.
His name tag over left side of chest says Woody Aggressor.
I have searched many hours trying to find information on this "doll". And the only thing i could find was just who this doll may be or represents. I believe it to be Major General Leonard Wood (see a brief biography)
Leonard Wood (October 9, 1860 – August 7, 1927) was a physician who served as the Chief of Staff of the United States Army, Military Governor of Cuba, and Governor General of the Philippines. Early in his military career, he received the Medal of Honor. Wood also holds officer service #2 in the Regular Army (John Pershing holds officer service #1). He was present at the 1906 First Battle of Bud Dajo.
I have also tried searching for the maker of this doll "Picadilly", and came up with nothing. And information on this "unique" toy soldier will be greatly appreciated.
The doll stands about 1 1/2 - 2 feet tall.

26th Aggressor Squadron / 26th TAC (Tactical) Fighter Training
At Fort Jay, New York, was established the Governors Island Training Corps, a privately funded program to train civilians to pass the Reserve Military Aviator flying test and receive commissions in the Signal Officers Reserve Corps. The instructional program was under the guidance of the Army's Eastern Department, commanded by Major Gen. Leonard Wood, and trained seven civilians who were commissioned as Reserve aviators.
I cannot tell if the patches are authentic - they don't seem to be very well made.
Aghcollect: Do know anything about the doll, or the history of it?
I was only able to find out history of Leonard Wood and what he was affiliated.
with, but no history or information on this stuffed doll. Cant find anything even similarly to it.

What does whole tag say on it ? Looks like a address
Manikin: the tag says, Friendship Highway Angeles City Philippines.
And on back side of the tag there is a picture of a clowns face.
