This Vase is marked PMLÖ and I was told it is supposed to be the stamp used in the first Year of the Wiener Keramik.
Michael Powolny together with Bertold Löffler opened the Wiener Keramik in 1906, and there good has been distributed by the Wiener Werkstätte allready one year later.
I'm not 100% sure but the letters PM for Powolny and LÖ for Löffler just fits for that attribution...
and the decor reminds of powolny's Tango designs for Lötz?
