This is a shabbat candle holder by the WMF Ikora silver company in Germany. It is a shear dazzler of design & beauty. The toning that the silver has taken on over the years adds splendor. I was very lucky for get this beauty for $3.00 while strolling thru some thrift stores yesterday! =^°

Hey Tom, I have found a couple of these and given them to Sean and V. I always thought it was just a candelabra or fancy candle sticks. Not religious. Can you let me know where you got that? Always want to add to my stockpile of info :))

Hi These come in both 2 and 3 candle holder varieties not just designed for Shabbat but can see how it would make them sell faster in Isreal.
Ive seen them from any where between $35 and $50 here in OZ and up to about $200 for a aid on eBay .
think I know the designer but must dig out a book to be sure
Not who I thought ie Wolfgang Von Versin but could be by Wilhelm Wagenfeld who is know to design for WMF.
I think you are right on the money Oz. I have found the two and three prong for something like three bucks each. I keep gifting them as there are lots of CW fans of this style.
