I bought this lovely brooch at an antiques markets in Milan during a holiday. It is a lovely art deco design by manufacturer Theodor Fahrner of Pforzheim, Germany. This style of silver gilt filigree jewellery was produced between 1925 and 1935. It is marked Original Fahrner on the back.

Thank you, shareurpassion and katherinescollections! I also love the stone, but I actually think it's glass or synthetic citrine or topaz. Still pretty.
