Here I have such a Pretty Set of Hand-Painted Nippon TE-OH China.
The set includes...
1 Tea Cup - which is ok, I have similar one's
2 Tea Cup Saucer's
4 Dessert Plate's
Features Pink and Burgundy Rose's and Blossom's, with Green Leave's and Trim.
Plus a Golden ZigZag Design around Edge's.
They are Stamped on Bottom's, Made in Japan.
Cup measures...
2" tall x 4 1/2" wide from handle to spout x 3 3/4"wide across top x 1 3/4" wide across bottom.
Saucer's measure...
3/4" tall x 5 1/4" wide across top x 3 1/4" wide across bottom.
Plate's measure...
1" tall x 7 1/2" wide across top x 4 1/4" wide across bottom.

There are way too many dishonest sellers out there.
This set arrived today, although useable... 6 out of "7" have damage O.o
I'll probably have to open a claim against this seller. I paid too much, I shouldn't have to pay to ship these back.
I'm just not eating anymore money/losses over dishonest ebay sellers.

Wow that is sad that some sellers are dishonest or perhaps did not see damage . Ebay will pay you back full price plus the original shipping . I agree we should NOT have to pay to return something . If it was a good seller they would pay it for you it is only right , they will likely say they were broke on way to you which you would see pieces of chips in that case . So sorry that it happened to you but don't let them get away with it . Post their seller name :-)

When I contacted the seller, I let them know it was not due to shipping as there were no pieces of glass in the packaging or the box. Plus you can see signs of aging around the chips and crack. They responded, asked for photos which I've sent 5 so far. Waiting for a response.
Open a Ebay case . They should have responded within hours . You don't need their permission to return even if they have a no return policy when you open a case ,and seller will not likely pay your first shipping payment back . They can offer to give you money back as we know when china or glassware is chipped it loses it's value a lot ! So if I was seller I would refund most of your money then you don't have to pay for shipping to return them and seller has no chipped pieces to try and sell. Good luck and keep us upated .
Thanks for all the great advice Mani :) the seller lost their electricity due to a fire in their small town and their laptop battery only holds a 5-10 min charge. I received a response today, with an apology for overlooking so many of the damaged pieces... along with a full refund, shipping included. That's actually included in ebays policy for items received not as listed, seller even has to pay for the return shipping. I have received so many items that were not as listed, that I did a lot of digging around and found that policy. It ended up turning out as it should have. I'm very grateful for that. I wish I had found it sooner, back when Lee received that broken up vase.

I do have plenty tea cups to go around. And TC can be the honorary guest. At least that way we would know what dishes we were drinking and eating from. LoL
