Item on top as cast iron with serrated wheels mounted at the head.

Item on bottom slides back and forth on the middle track. One side has a pointed tp and the other has a blunt tip.

Please let me know if you can help me ID these pieces. Thank You.

The top one is for dressing grinding wheels. Held against the stone, it will take grooves out & square the stone. Lousy pic.

Blunder hit that right on the head. Worth about $2 used. The bottom tool I can't see clearly. Obviously some genius decided to paint them. Does the bottom one rotate/turn?

Thanx for the top tool ID. That makes sense. Pic was best that I could do.
Bottom tool is gripped by the outside metal pieces and slid back and forth like a sewing machine.

Just a shot in the dark, but maybe for knitting fishing nets or something similar.
