    This is an original broadside from my private collection of Magic posters, advertising The Great Raymond's Magic show at The Palace Theatre in Manchester, United Kingdom. This rare broadside (ca. 1920) is in excellent condition and is one of the more graphically designed pieces of advertising used to draw in crowds for his show. The Palace Theatre still stands today on Oxford st.

    "Raymond", born Maurice F. Saunders was one of the great touring illusionists of the early 20th century. He was known professionally as The Great Raymond and featured everything from escapes to large scale illusions in his shows.
