This vintage Japanese Cloisonne vase stands 6" tall, and has silver mounts-top & bottom. It has been nicely signed on the bottom rim with Japanese characters-see picture. Would love to make sense of these characters, and determine the maker of this piece. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!

The mark is the Japanese mark for sterling silver content. The maker could be attributed to several of the good early 20th century cloisonne studios: Ando, Inaba, Hayashi, Ota.
They all produced variations of this type of design with glossy dark blue wireless background and a standard cloisonne floral motif, this one spring tree blossoms, with intricate arabesques bands at upper and lower rims.
