Found these ceramic bottles with stoppers at a local shop. They are marked with either a serial number or a date at the bottom. I wonder if they are european or American made?

Sean germany wouldn't be my first thought
i would rather think of sweden...
seems to be stig lindberg influenced
i love it... would be great to find out

That would be a lot of oil & vinegar maryh1956! lol. I think they are a bit too big to be a curette set.
gtmoom I was thinking scandinavian also. I've seen a white bottle with a similar shape but with a teak stopper on ebay not to long ago. I forgot who it was attribute to. I'll keep searching. Love your handle name btw.
      Thanks Sean!

How tall are they? You don’t have any dimensions. My oil and vinegar set is about 10” high

The style is similar to some of the Gustavsberg patterns, but their pieces are usually well marked

      or upsala ekeby...
very near to the grafika series by ingrid atterberg

the reason why I say Germany , is because of the numbers are just stamped on the bottom , it would not be Swedish for the simple fact is all of the Swedish companys made it known to have the company and the designers name on the bottom of them just like with Danish as well . the Norwegians be signed as well with designers names . so no it isn't upsela or ekeby.

The bottles with stopper measure 9 1/2" tall and 4 1/2" in diameter. The height would work as a curette set but not the diameter. Unless you have really long fingers or big hands.

Thats a good point sean. Maybe the pattern is a knock off of atterberg's designs.
