    I bought out a lot of old coins,this coin was in batch inside a plastic case that had a name Alexander the great,any way to id coin,what do I look for,I have not cleaned coin,I've had coin about 6 years,is this a real coin

      NOMINAL VALUE: tetradrachm
      METAL: silver
      DATING: 305-281 BC
      FRONT :Alexander th Great Head - Ammon Zeus with diadem and horn to right . Dotted circle.
      BACK : KING / Lysimachia , Athena seated left, right hand outstretched Chiefs win to left , which crowned the king's name . The goddess rests his left arm on shield. Monogram in left field * 8-252-S1 * in exergue monogram * 8-252-S2 *.
      WEIGHT: 16.76 grams
