i've forgotten that i've bought this one as well...
i think it might have been supposed to be for cigarettes
it's hallmarked underneath with the erhard & söhne sign
the company was founded in 1844 by gottlieb erhard and his two sons in schwäbisch gmünd, germany... unfortunately i can't find the designer of this one... it's not the erhard & söhne standard stuff....
could it be a design wolfgang von wersin?
i don't know who else designed for them...
i'm waiting for the confirmation but it seems to be a wolfgang von wersin design from 1952.

yes that's the one i've seen allready
unfortunately i don't trust ebay items too much
i ordered the wolfgang von wersin book yesterday
hopefully i get it soon and find it in there
