This is one of the meteorites I posted for you all a year ago. I found this beautiful "Piece of Heaven" Mojave desert meteorite back in 2008. There was a massive meteor shower above the southern Nevada skyline, and you bet you Milk Duds, the next morning a day break I was on the Hwy 95 heading towards Nelson, NV and 5 miles on the right. I wasn't the only desert comber that day out there seeking these cosmic diamonds at the time. But with each outing to this location, I've always found many sorts of interests. Something tells me I should plan another adventure out there real soon! =)
