It looks very much like the early work of the famous sculptor David Smith, but I believe he marked all his work. See his Agricola or Voltri series. Of course, it could be made by an imitator.
Thank you Stephen, Your right it does look like his work and I did check out those series that you had suggested, which lead me to his estate. I will try to follow up with them for authentication, at least I'm headed in some direction whatever the out come may be.
