*~*I LOVE MAPS!!!*~*
I was an obsessive map maker when i was a kid~ Then when I had kids i made maps for them of the yard, then the block, then neighborhood, and then the trails, and we give everything our own names too! :D
Anyhoo~ is it had drawn? do you have some info of the area it depicts? this could be another one of those, "I saw something like this on Antique Roadshow and it was worth dumptrucks of money" stories! :D Because I saw one like this on Antique Roadsshow once and it was worth 6 figures~ :D I will look for link
i meant hand drawn...
all thumbs, I am, probably why I'm not paid for my mad map making skills, lol~
Glad you like.I saw it on the Antique Road Show also and I think they said 5k.Ive seen it in a book for $900.00.Have also seen it on other sites from 2500-$5000.00.I also have another map found in same dumpster but it not in the best shape.I keep it rolled up.One mans trash turned out to be my Treasure. My departed Papaw gave this to me befor he passed.Hes the one who found them. Thanks again Papaw...
