I don't have any info on this item. It's delicate , green and no markings at all on it it has been in China hutch for years

A fine piece but this is depression glass not art glass. It is the Indiana Glass Co, Horseshoe pattern. These were made form 1930-1933.
Originally introduced simply as Indiana Glass pattern number 612, the pattern, like many depression era patterns, contains uranium and glows nicely under black light.
