    Acquired this piece from mother . All I know is I Think it's in Carnival glass group. I like the blue glass and would love to know history of it if any.

      yep, it's carnival glass. This is an Indiana Glass reproduction of a Federal Glass pattern originally called Windsor. Indiana marketed the pattern as Royal Brighton and also as Windsor.
