Antique RLM Nav B UHR Watch

I got this watch from a sale,the man didn't have any information, need help.anybody have any information,back has RLM B Nav UHR #0382,windup 17j with 2 pop open doors both covers has nickel chrome,inside has swiss made, moeris I don't know how to measure watch,it's a big watch,I was told it's a pilot watch,I measured with my regular and it has 2",hope someone can help,what year,type, I need info on this watch.
