This is a generic brand advertising Penknife - it is stainless steel, 2 1/4" long closed, and has a celluloid covered black and gold advertisement on one side "Compliments of Philip Kaplan, West Palm Beach, FL"
It is a '3-tool' model with a small knife blade, small flat-head screwdriver, and small scissors. - A keychain would attach to the protruding ring.
