Posting my swirled/marbled vase that is similar décor to IanBrighton's posting. I got this from the UK. Measures 5 1/2" tall by 4" wide.

It reminds me more of this shape - exactly the same height and width as yours with a 2 3/4 inch base and 2 5/8 inch rim.

(Which was in the Ruckl cabinet at the Teplitz Tango exhibition.)
However, I suspect this is a pretty generic shape, and some attributions in that exhibition have been questioned.
The other one I just posted is a bit more "spooky" and blurry.

yes it does seem to be very similar in shape to me. Ruckle?..Welz?... who knows? But an interesting piece.
