Don't know much about Dragon's breath except it is old Czech art glass made in Opal imitation, (sometimes called fire opal). No backing, you can see through the "stone" wich then appear orange color!
Marked sterling in the shank.
This is my first one, don't you like the "organic" mount, seems sea weeds?

The glass was mint when I had it... Few months of wearing, and there is the result! Return in a safer place!

It was brilliant and as new when I got it and got scratched in only a few months of wearing :-/
