This is a leather and brass beltloop hook keychain/fob issued around 2002 by Marlboro (Philip Morris Co.) as a promotional "gear" item. - It is brown leather with white stitching embossed on one side with the Marlboro Sun & Moon emblem with a snap closure so keyring could be removed. The heavy brass belt hook also has a swivel feature. - 4 1/2" long / Made in China
