Its a Hondo Alien, listed as rare, but I do not have a Blue book value.
hi,i own one of these bassae, really good guitars to play, just seen one sold on e-bay for £150.......well worth it...!
You can find them for sale if you look hard. Most go around $100-125 in excellent shape with the original case. Yours appears to be well used. If you don't have the case I would expect to get $75-$100 tops (especially in this economy where you practically have to give away music gear anyway). One of it's features but also it's main draw backs is the aluminum neck. While very stable they also get blazing hot in the sun and freeze your hand in the cold. The aluminum necks were a total flash in the pan and didn't last long. And also if the neck gets damaged then you have a nice paper weight, it can't be fixed. If it were a real Kramer (which the Alien is a copy of) it would be worth some money though just because of the name.
