Hey VikingFan82, I've never been able to find out anything about these, any ideas where I might look?
I'm not sure. Cards released by local retail stores are everywhere, but as far as being able to gauge a value, I am not sure. Too hard to tell what they would do in the market. Cards from decades ago (40s,50s,60s,70s) released by retail stores or in products like wonder bread or in hot dog packages have some value, but that is mostly do to age, rarity and nostalgic appeal. I would say wait a while until they have any value. I remember getting a very similar set from I think Dairy Queen in about 1999.

I was hoping that because of the limited printing of 5400 copies and that they are individually numbered would have helped put them on the radar somewhere. Maybe the rest are garage sales and landfills.
