I believe this piece might be by Ruckl ?
it's just a shot in the dark to me the maker is unknown.
it has got a twisted neck with a floral shaped opening, which comes out of a ruffled bud shaped foot.
not the stuff i usually collect but to interesting to leave it behind

Getthatmoneky, here is the same vase: the vase appeared in the Welz case in both the Teplice stop and also in the Sklarske stop of the exhibit. The link right above will link directly to the pic and here is the video that shows that same vase....I hope this helps :)

Love that pink GTMOOM. The thick leaf feet remind me of Welz too. I have one similar, the feet make it very bottom heavy & exceptionally sturdy, thankfully, in my house they need to be :)
