Rainey's Foot Bath Salts Full of Product in Amber Bottle St. Joesph, Missouri

Can't find any like it anywhere, or any history on "Rainey's" and it appears (from Google Maps) that the address listed on the bottle is a beautiful old building which now houses a gym. Anyway, thought this was a cool piece so I bought it.
