This is a lovely puppet head"Pinocho".
I found it in a flea market in my small city years ago.
The material is rubber,the colors are losing but for me look fantastic!
I think maybe was made in the 50s.

Yes, this type of puppets have a cloth to cover our hand, when I found Pinocho head he was nude! lol!
