I waited a long time for Mauviel to make this beauty. It has stainless steel handles which are poor conductors of heat. Making this pan easy to handle and the nonstick surface ideal for roasting anything from braised ribs to roast duck or goose. This pan is definitely another one of my favorites. =)

Hi Phil, yes. I am still on the lookout for a copper domed roasting pan. I have found a couple but they were small and more for table service instead of cookery. Many thanks for the love! =)
