This is a Donald Duck Soft Drinks store display stand . it has 6 places for shelves. it is made of heavy steel wire with sheet metal sign at top. I just bought this and have never seen one before and have not been able to find any info on it . I would like to find any original photos of it in use so I could see how and what the shelves were made of and attached. and what type of containers were displayed. the shelves are to close to display Donald cola bottles unless you were to skip a shelf. THANK YOU for any help.

I'll see if I have any adverts for this.. I have a couple bottles, but no cartons. I do know the cardboard carton/carriers are 6 pack and are made like the Coke and Pepsi style of the day...circa 1960's

Mickey.... if shelving is short stacked... might be for cans, two style of cans were used... a screw top (1953) or the standard pop-top cans of the late 1960's-70's

Thank you Kerry you are right about the cardboard carriers I have 10 of them and 2 of the wooden cases. I forgot to mention that the stand is 17'' wide 11'' deep and 30'' high and the shelves are 5'' apart. the cardboard 6 pack is 7 1/4'' wide 5'' deep and 8 1/4'' tall. so 4 6 pack would fit if you were to skip a shelf. the Donald Duck Beverages bottles are 9 1/4'' tall and the Donald Pascual refrescos from Mexico is 9 1/2'' tall. witch I have only 1 each the Donald Cola bottle I have were made in 1953

Kerry I think you are right about the cans from 1953 I do not have any of them yet will be looking for them now . I not not think many stores would have used this to display the pop top cons as it would be out dated for the time. but they stil might have.
