Got this the same time as SHELL sign, had to come back a week later with trailer for it and other signs that will be posted soon after cleaning. All these signs have been sitting in a warehouse for 30 plus years and are grimy and filthy. Someone painted closed over the SLOW so I had to strip it off then heavy cleansing with my porcelain cleaner, Coca Cola letters had rust on them and was able to remove that. It's dated 1947 on the bottom. My SHELL sign went viral today 203 likes in 5 hours. I posted it on Mike Wolf American Pickers Facebook page just like I have done many times before but he commented on this post said the SHELL sign was very cool and has great color. I tought it was so cool that he commented on it.
