Wagon Wheel is 48 inches in diameter with wooden spokes. An oldie! Found it on the side of the road. Came across an old milk can and started thinking. After some sanding and sticking and powder coating....Wa La!!!! My new dining room table. Ordered a 48 " round glass top and had a donut-hole cut in the center to fit over the hub of the wheel and now, not only do we have a great conversation piece, we're able to use it every day.

That is sweet! Is it top heavy? Or did you put some weight in the can?
      Very nice!

      Thanks Jeff

Thanks Jeff. I was going to fill the can with sand or river-rock, but after I adhered the table-top, it was surprisingly stable. It passed my "lean" & "bump" test but my after-thought was that I should have filled it, 'just in case'

Cool idea! I actually have an old milk can and eight wheels to choose from. Have you had any problems with stability since you set it up, and how tall is your milk can?

That is a great way to put some of your old stuff to use. I love it.
