I can't tell you what they are worth but saw them at a flea mkt Peddlars Jct in Crestline Ks, a few months ago,don't remember what they had them priced at.
try a search for: Southern Belle Glass Lamp
One result indicates your lamp is shown on page 167 in Whitmyer: - Bedroom & Bathroom Glassware of the Depression Years. There are also references indicating these were made by L. E. Smith Glass, ca.1930s-1940s.
