    one of my last found form my museum, a medical scarificator from the late 19th century. it is made with brass ans steel. it was used with suction cup.

      Look up bloodletting device or bleeder and you will find oodles of information. The blades should be adjustable and are fired from the trigger. Quack medical device from long ago. Depending on who made it and condition some are worth a few bucks but not a fortune.
