Whenever Australia comes up in a conversation, 3 things cross my mind: Men At Work (80's Band from Australia), Vegemite, and the song "Bush Fire" from Midnight Oil (also an 80's Band from Australia). As a matter a fact, Midnight Oil not only still remains my favorite band of all time. Here are the lyrics to the song I mentioned that also relates to this stamp. =)

Beds are burning for mine..before my current profession I worked in the music and theatre business. Both these bands were very successful and both had terrific songwriters....my husband who is English and 20 years younger then I loves it when I sing songs from past history...it was only last week that I sang to him "But if you leave me, can I come too?"... A great and yet poignant ditty....you have good taste in music....
My fav Aussie stamps were 1970 Japan Expo, the Australia expo building....
