This is a beautifully ugly pot bellied pig pottery money box!!
As for the age im not sure , I have three , one black matt with a ring in its nose which im sure is 50s/60s & belonged to my grand mothers mother & possibly made in south west uk, the other two are different browns all A1 condition with no markings or makers...
they are all the same size 5" tall 7 1/2 long and all dammmm uggly!!
But I love them ,
maybe antiquerose would like them for the ugly wall?? Lol.
just found out that they were all made at Dartmouth Pottery in south Devon , U.K .This one 60/70s..

I inherited a black one a few years ago which ill list later ,I know is definatly 50s/60s maybe earlier and has a ring in his nose which the others havn't, then I saw one at a boot sale in a light browny colour so had that one for £ 3. Then seen this one at a recycle centre for £2 .. I have never seen any more on my travels but they do pop up on ebay once in a blue moon.. I think the black one is Dartmouth pottery but not sure as its in storage at mo!!.
ive also got a couple of really ugly birds that ill list later..
