    Its some kind of hand screw press. Looks like a flower design. Made in Germany I think. I can't remember where I got it. I hope someone can help.

      I think this might be a nut cracker designed by Robert Welsh. I have some of his candlesticks. The series is the Hobart Series. The Design Centre sticker is something I collect too. A lot of his pieces are being reproduced by his family.
