TITAN ART GLASS. Golden Canary. About 3 inches tall, and 3.5 inches long. The place on the label is in USA. Label says:
Golden Canary
Titan Art Glass
4651 Mt. Comport
Fayetteville, AR 72701
PLUS signed by a W. Ward. Has been suggested there is a William Ward, but not sure
??
.....Also - I know there is a Leo Ward the did a Blue Bird of Happiness ( I have one) so not sure IF these people are related
