My dad collects antique clocks, and this is one of them. The tag at the back is dated 1928. I would appreciate any additional information. Thanks! Edited to Gilbert clock 6/2/17. I've seen one of these in Natural Dark Wood. He got this in exchange for doing a car repair for someone.

Gilbert clock, circa late 30's-50's, the $12.95 sticker has been added, selling price then around 3 bucks in the 30's and 6 in the 50's
