This is one of Hasbro's more recent additions to the 12" (1/6th scale) line of figures as it was made in 2002. But Hasbro made some of their best vehicles for GI Joe around that time. With more detail and pieces than the original although the 1967 Desert Attack Jeep is still one of my holy grails.
The gunner is an Ultimate Soldier/21st Century Toys 8th Army Bren gunner, along with the Thompsons and the BOYS anti-tank rifle but they go well with this set.
