This piece by Heinrich Hoffmann is one of many intaglio designs by him, a lot of his design's are wrongly attributed to Baccarat, such as the open sail galleon, baccarat stamped all their ware, but not all Bohemian / Czech item are.
hello - I wonder if you can give me some advice - I have a small glass trinket dish / ashtray [ approx 13 x 9 cm. ] it has a floral design in the centre and a butterfly motif - making me think it could be by H. Hoffmann - but have not seen anything identical on the internet - I just wondered if it was authentic - I do have a photo if required - regards - GWILYM
