I don't know anything about knives but found that this is called fixed blade and it looks to have bone handle and brass pins with a leather sheath. Any help on maker or any other information would be helpful! It was found in a friends attic among fishing items. Large knife for fish though!

It's a bowie knife. Looks 20th century because of the snap. Worth about a C note I think.

Is there a h'mark or maker's mark? seem to be made by a knife maker due to its age!!

Just large V on blade. No other marks.
