smooth to the touch, very shiny, has the gold paint, same shiny smooth, very fragile feeling like a piece of fine china it is also a numbered piece. Can you help ;me to identify this piece?

I love this vase. I look at it and wonder what it is, where it came from. Any help to identify what and where would just make me so happy.

It is beautiful! . See if you can get a close up of the marks in natural light so there’s less reflection , and more clarity

Birds (eagle?) in or above circles, ovals or cartouches are much more common in USA manufacturer markings. However, the crossed 7s would indicate its likely of European manufacture. Went through both Kovels books w/o success. A clearer pic of the marks would really help.
