Does anyone know what this is? I think it's probably around 1900s. I have been given a whole set but can't find out what it is!

It looks similar to the Staffordshire company of H M Williamson mark used between 190-1940’s however the fact that it doesn’t have their name where the word “English” makes me suspect it may be, although it has some age, an Asian copy.
