This is an intriguing patch. The backing is wool. All of the detail of the patch (lion, arrows, name etc) are very tiny metal seed beads.
I can't find much information on what this is or was used for. Culligan appears to be an Irish name. Would this be called a patch? or maybe a badge?
Any information would be helpful.
