    I was wondering if anybody had a idea what year and make this reel is. I believe it's a 300 vintage Mitchell produced in 39/40 has no model# believe it has just a #5.

      its not a Mitchell 300 hard to say if its a Mitchell reel from the pic you put up only been able to see one side here a link if u think it genuinely a Mitchel happy hunting
