I assume these are bronze. The tray is marked China and the dogs have a five letter mark. I can only make out the middle letters "MIN". The tray measures 3 3/8" diameter and the dogs are 1 3/4" tall and 1". Can anyone help me with the mark and the age?

I think the dogs mark is also China, possibly spelled "Chine" and the "N" looks like it is reversed (mirror image) - that's what I see anyway

Thanks, you are probably right. I kept turn them upside down because the n's looked backwards to me. Any idea on the age?

Sorry, don't have a clue to the age

I think these are Foo dogs. I know Foo dogs are typically matched but not always. Someone, not me, tried to clean them a very long time ago and left the polish in all the nooks and crannies. I cleaned them up and the teeth are definitely Foo'ish looking.
