    It is on rare occasion when I find a piece of pottery that is identified!! Found this Winart piece last week. Winart pottery was created by the husband and wife team of David and Clara Arter. The company name was a combination of her maiden name of Winchell and their married name. Winart pottery started in Sapulpa then moved to Miami. Their pottery was sold around the US & abroad. Winart pottery was in operation from 1951-1972.
