I was out doing my rounds trying to find some more of My art glass and came across these 2 beauties. These are National periodical publications 3D Art Pieces Dated 1974. National Periodical publications as some of you may well know was the company that is now known as DC comics. These are 3D on glass, with comic story art behind them. This was another that I went with my gut instinct,and had better not pass them up at 125.00 for the pair.
Mint condition, Vibrant color and perfect chrome frames. The gentlemans estate that I bought these from was a toy collector and truly cared for every piece he collected. They measure at 11 x 17 and have the original stickers on the back of each piece. Have not been able to find out much about them except for an ebay auction on Wonder woman with a hefty reserve.But a great retro comic collectible!
