Hi Feel her face where hair starts is scalp soft . She looks like what we call a mask face doll . Her face would be made of celluloid . These were quite common 1930's - 50's . You could just buy face and get a pattern to make body with it and add yarn hair , also sold by many companies from USA , Germany and a few others . I can't see stitching well enough on photo to know if homemade or factory .

Your welcome :-) It does take a long time and a good teacher to learn about so many dolls and companies . Always happy to help when I can :-) Some dolls don't have names they just get labeled like this one " Mask Face doll " Very few were marked and or homemade . Happy to have you share your finds !
