    We recently acquired this chest/ trunk. I know nothing about it. Any ideas of it is worth anything?

      It is a nice old trunk from Europe probably around 1910 or so and does have value -- just not a high value. Should go for the average price of trunks in your area. Probably English made an was once covered in brown canvas. Thanks for the post and welcome to Collector's Weekly!
